Foundation for SoLAcc Announces New Board Members and Appointed Officers

Foundation new board members

ľ«¶«´«Ă˝ (SoLAcc) is proud to announce six new members to the 2025-26 Board of Directors for the Foundation for SoLAcc. These individuals began their four-year terms on July 1, 2025, bringing valuable insight and leadership to advance the Foundation’s mission.

New board members include:

  • Sean Trcalek, Vice President/General Manager, KATC
  • Sean VanCourt, Director of Preconstruction, Rudick Construction Group 
  • Dr. Sasha Lambert, Owner, Lafayette Psychology Center 
  • Jamie Duval, Financial Advisor, Morgan Stanley 
  • William “Billy” Hobbs, Founder and CEO, BWPR 
  • Jennifer Wise, Chief Nursing Officer/Hospital Administrator, Ochsner St. Mary

The Foundation also welcomes its newly appointed officers:

  • President – Mike Flash, Vice President, DXI Electric, LLC
  • Immediate Past President – Gregory Daigle, Financial Planner, Pinnacle Group 
  • Vice President – André Breaux, Vice President of Policy Initiatives and Governmental Affairs, One Acadiana 
  • Treasurer – Cheryl Bartley, CPA, Cheryl L. Bartley CPA, LLC 
  • Secretary – Paul Molbert, Vice President of Clinical Integration, Ochsner Lafayette General Health

“We’re thrilled to welcome six outstanding community leaders to our Board of Directors,” said Foundation President Mike Flash. “With deep expertise spanning media, finance, healthcare, construction, and public relations, these individuals bring a rich diversity of experience and perspective. As they join our dedicated board, their insights and voices will strengthen our work and expand our reach—amplifying the Foundation’s impact in support of ľ«¶«´«Ă˝ and every student we serve. Together, we’re building a stronger future for Acadiana—one student at a time.”

The 22 board members play a key role in shaping the Foundation’s strategic direction, advocating for SoLAcc’s mission, and advancing fundraising efforts that directly support student success.

The Foundation for SoLAcc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in 2003 to support the students and programs of ľ«¶«´«Ă˝. Since 2017, the Foundation has increased its endowment 25-fold, launched SoLAcc’s largest-ever scholarship initiative that now awards more than 250 scholarships each year, and raised more than $15 million since 2015 to support scholarships, program development, and campus improvements across Acadiana.
