The SoLAcc application is designed to be completed online. You will be asked to create a Login ID and PIN, so you can complete your application later if needed.
We will send you emails about the status of your application and information on registering for classes. For this reason, it is important that you provide an email address on your application that you will check often.

Steps to Enroll
1. Complete the online SoLAcc Admissions application — you’ll receive a login ID and PIN to save your progress.
2. Upload required documents into LoLA under the "Required Admissions Forms" link:
- Up-to-date immunization records, showing proof of:
- 2 doses of MMR
- 1 dose of tetanus diphtheria
- 2 doses of meningococcal (if the first dose was before age 16)
- COVID-19 vaccination
Or submit the electronic immunization waiver.
- Selective Service registration (for males aged 18–25). Upload your card or registration printout. You can register online on the .
3. Submit ACT, SAT, or Accuplacer test scores for placement and advising (optional).
- You may submit ACT or SAT scores from the past 5 years for placement in college-level English and Math.
- You can also take the Accuplacer at SoLAcc to determine your placement level.
4. Attend a Student Success Live Advising & Registration Session.

You are a former SoLAcc student who has not attended in the last semester (excluding summer) and is returning.
Steps to Enroll:
1. Submit a new Admissions application — you’ll receive a login ID and PIN to save your progress.
2. Upload required documents into LoLA under the "Required Admissions Forms" link:
- Up-to-date immunization records, showing proof of:
- 2 doses of MMR
- 1 dose of tetanus diphtheria
- 2 doses of meningococcal (if the first dose was before age 16)
- COVID-19 vaccination
Or submit the electronic immunization waiver.
- Selective Service registration (for males aged 18–25). Upload your card or registration printout. You can register online on the .
3. Submit Official Transcripts (if applicable)
If you have attended another institution since your last enrollment at SoLAcc, have official transcripts sent to the Admissions Office. This is crucial for transferring credits and ensuring accurate placement.
4. Complete Placement Requirements
Depending on your intended courses, you may need to submit recent standardized test scores (ACT, SAT) or take an Accuplacer placement test at SoLAcc. This helps determine the appropriate level for college English and Math courses.
5. Contact Student Success to Register for Classes
Returning students that have attended a Student Success Live Session within the last academic year are not required to reattend the session. Students may contact the Student Success Center to schedule an advising appointment to register for classes.

You have earned college credit at another institution and are transferring to SoLAcc.
Steps to Enroll:
1. Complete the online SoLAcc Admissions application — you’ll receive a login ID and PIN to save your progress.
2. Upload required documents into LoLA under the "Required Admissions Forms" link:
- Up-to-date immunization records, showing proof of:
- 2 doses of MMR
- 1 dose of tetanus diphtheria
- 2 doses of meningococcal (if the first dose was before age 16)
- COVID-19 vaccination
Or submit the electronic immunization waiver.
- Selective Service registration (for males aged 18–25). Upload your card or registration printout. You can register online on the .
3. Submit official college transcripts from all previously attended institutions.
- Official transcript may be sent directly from the institution(s) to SoLAcc electronically or mailed in a sealed envelope to the Admissions Office
- Our Registrar’s Office will evaluate your transcripts.
4. Submit ACT, SAT, or Accuplacer test scores for placement and advising (optional).
- You may submit ACT or SAT scores from the past 5 years for placement in college-level English and Math.
- You can also take the Accuplacer at SoLAcc to determine your placement level.

You are not a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident and you are seeking an F-1 visa to study at SoLAcc.
Steps to Enroll:

2. Upload required documents into LoLA under the "Required Admissions Forms" link:
- Up-to-date immunization records, showing proof of:
- 2 doses of MMR
- 1 dose of tetanus diphtheria
- 2 doses of meningococcal (if the first dose was before age 16)
- COVID-19 vaccination
Or submit the electronic immunization waiver.
- Selective Service registration (for males aged 18–25). Upload your card or registration printout. You can register online on the .
3. Submit the following Additional Required Documents:
- Official Secondary School Transcript.
Must be translated into English and show completion equivalent to a U.S. high school diploma.
- Copy of Passport Identification Page
- Proof of English Proficiency
Submit one of the following official test scores:- TOEFL (Paper-based: minimum score of 512; Internet based: minimum score of 79)
- IELTS (Minimum score of 6.5)
- Duolingo English Test (Minimum score of 100)
- Proof of Financial Support
Submit a bank statement and affidavit of support (if you are not the account holder) showing funds of at least $30,000 USD to cover cost of attendance.
How to Submit Documents
- All required documents should be submitted directly to your major’s assigned College Recruiter. If you are unsure who your recruiter is, please contact us at admissions@solacc.edu, and we’ll connect you with the correct representative.
- Your admission to SoLAcc will not be confirmed until all required documentation is submitted and verified by the college’s Designated School Official (DSO). Once verified, your Form I-20 will be issued so you can apply for your student visa.
What to Do After Submitting Documents
- Await confirmation from your College Recruiter once your documents are reviewed
- Receive your Form I-20 from the DSO of SoLAcc
- Schedule your visa interview and prepare for travel
- Once your visa is approved, contact us to finalize your attendance for international orientation and arrival

You are a current F-1 visa student who is not a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and is seeking to transfer from a another college/university in the U.S.

Transfer Process for F-1 Students
- Before transferring, you must first communicate with your current DSO (Designated School Official) to inform them of your intent to transfer to SoLAcc. Your SEVIS record cannot be transferred until this step is initiated.
- Once all required documents have been received and verified by SoLAcc, you will receive:
- An official acceptance letter
- A Transfer-In Form to be completed and returned by your current DSO
- After your DSO submits the completed Transfer-In Form and your SEVIS record is transferred to SoLAcc, we will issue your new Form I-20.
How to Submit Documents
- All required documents should be submitted directly to your major’s assigned College Recruiter. If you are unsure who your recruiter is, please contact us and we’ll connect you with the correct representative.
